Amul Polycure is one of the renowned manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of premium quality chair accessories and components. Incorporated on 22nd May, 1995 under the Companies Act 1956 as a public limited company, the company offers a wide range of chair accessories, including - Flexible Polyurethane Foams for the seat and back of the office chairs. Gradually we diversified into the Integral Polyurethane Armrest.
Today we are an ISO 9000:2000 quality certified from BSI. Presently we lead in manufacturing chair components in India. We are well known for our timely delivery, flexibility and price. We also deal in OEM product for certain surgical & dental equipment manufacturers and for power cleaning manufacturers.

Our Management When Amul Polycure was established, it was started with the objective of putting the interests of its customers always first, and today, that is exactly what has happened.  | Quality Since we are an ISO 9000:2000 company, we are bound to maintain quality of the highest level. The quality of our products in the manufacturing unit is checked at three levels before the inspection report is made at the dispatch. These levels are production, finishing, correcting i.e. preventing the defects. |
Infrastructure We possess a state-of-the-art-manufacturing unit that enables us to manufacture high quality and flawless products. We make use of RIM Technology (Reaction Injection molding technique), which runs the Integral PU Armrest on the High Pressure machine and flexible molded foams on high pressure machines. The dyes and moulds are also developed in-house.
Our unit is specialized in manufacturing the ISF components that can facilitate steering wheel, Gear knob Door handle and other such things. Apart from this, it is also specialized in making flexible cold cure PU that can make the seats (Moulded). |
